1. Website and event requests
These Terms govern your use of bboyhibachi.com and requests for Bboy Hibachi services. Submitting a website form is a request for service, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after Bboy Hibachi confirms availability and you complete any payment or written confirmation requirements provided to you.
2. Pricing and estimates
Website totals are estimates based on the information entered. Adult meals are currently $55 per person, children ages 4–12 are $30 per person, and children ages 3 and under may share from the party meal at no charge. A $550 minimum food purchase applies. Premium proteins, additional portions, appetizers, travel, tolls, paid parking, necessary lodging, taxes, gratuity, and approved changes may be additional. Final pricing is confirmed before the event.
3. Travel fees
For Colorado events, travel is measured using the one-way road distance from the nearest Bboy service point to the event address. Trips of 30 miles or less are charged at $1 per mile. If the distance exceeds 30 miles, all one-way miles are charged at $2 per mile. Utah, Wyoming, and New Mexico events have a fixed $350 travel fee. Tolls, paid parking, and necessary lodging are confirmed separately in advance.
4. Guest and site responsibilities
- Provide accurate event, contact, guest, address, allergy, and dietary information.
- Provide a safe, level outdoor cooking area with appropriate ventilation and clearance from walls, roofs, decorations, and flammable materials.
- Provide guest tables, chairs, plates, utensils, and napkins unless your written confirmation says otherwise.
- Ensure a responsible adult is present and children and pets remain a safe distance from the grill, fuel, hot surfaces, and chef work area.
- Obtain any permissions required by the property owner, venue, homeowners association, or local authority.
5. Food allergies and dietary requests
Tell us about allergies and dietary needs before the event and remind the chef when the chef arrives. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed requests, but our mobile kitchen uses shared equipment and ingredients. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent all cross-contact. Guests with severe allergies should consult us before booking and make decisions appropriate for their health.
6. Safety and weather
Bboy Hibachi may pause, modify, relocate, reschedule, or decline service when weather, wind, lightning, fire restrictions, ventilation, access, guest conduct, or site conditions create a safety risk. Cooking must take place outdoors. A dry, suitable covered outdoor area is required during rain. The chef’s safety decision at the event is final.
7. Changes and cancellations
Changes, cancellations, and weather-related rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and any event-specific terms disclosed in your written confirmation. If those terms conflict, the event-specific written confirmation controls.
8. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business event planning. Do not interfere with the website, submit false or fraudulent requests, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or copy Bboy Hibachi branding, photographs, text, or designs without permission.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Bboy Hibachi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing law and updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when your booking is confirmed applies unless a later change is required by law or agreed in writing.
